A very informative article on the care of your cat that everyone should read. Good reasearch and first hand experience. Thanks Pam
Thank you for reading, I appreciate your comment!
Nice reading Pam.
Always interesting with a touch of funny…
Hi Brad, thank you for your continued support of my stories!
Cheers!
Hi Pam, it’s me, your neighbor Marilyn. I have a friend who is possibly going to have to give up his two beautiful Burmese cats. Could you suggest some good options so that he can make the most informed and the best choice for Taj and Mose?
I’ll send an email this p.m.
Hi Pam,
Just discovered your site through your story on L.A. affairs and am enjoying reading everything. I appreciate your love and involvement with cat care, can relate to your thoughts on holidays and more. Look forward to more reading.
Hi Chantal,
Thank you so much for reading my work and leaving such a lovely note–this made my day. 🙂 You must be a cat lover too!
Best regards,
Pamela
My publisher recommended your website/blog. Helpful and informative. Love the photos of the cats. Would you have any objections if I were to share/repost your blog?
Hi Jean, thank you for reading, and thank you for the kind words! Your Aunt Sally looks like it’s going to be a darling book! Who is your publisher? Thank her/him for the recommendation. Thank you for asking about sharing my blog, which you may do.
Best regards,
Pamela
Hi Pamela. We’ve never met, but your mother (Ruthie) and I were friends and roommates in college. (In fact, I was the organist at her and your dad’s wedding.) The last time I saw her she was very pregnant with you. I think you were born about a week after. She and I were cat people too. We weren’t allowed to have them in the dorm, but they frequently managed to get in for a nap on one of the beds. Your pictures remind me SO much of her! She would be VERY proud of you! If I ever get back down to Southern California, or if you are ever up here in the San Francisco Bay Area, I would love to meet you in person. I so enjoy your posts. And those are some very lucky kitties. Carole (Gray) Foster
P.S.–thank you so much for reading my stories!
Hi Carole, what an absolute joy to hear from you–thank you for connecting with me. You shared something with me about my mother that I never knew! It made me cry and laugh at the same time as I thought, of course she loved cats… I have learned about who she was through family, but I always feel like I don’t know enough and will always be sad that I don’t even have a memory of her. Hearing that she liked cats makes me so very happy, and makes me wonder just how much more she and I have in common. Thank you for the kind words, I do hope she would be proud. My dad says the same thing. I would love to meet you some day and get to know my mother from you as her friend and roommate. You can always email me direct: catladyinthecanyon@cox.net; my phone is (949) 285-3730.
Have a very Merry Christmas!
Pam…your photos are amazing. We love your blog! MEOW. I could not agree with you more about relaxing times with our felines. They provide the dignity and sanity in our lives, as the gods and goddesses they surely are. More cat pictures…they are great. 😽
Gail–thank you for your kind comment! I’m happy to hear that you enjoy my blog. So glad the kitties have a new fan. Meeeow!
